Jalada Fractual is a program that allows users to design amazing visualizations and images by using fractal geometry. It introduces its users to the world of fractal geometry by generating high-quality images and 3D scenes.

Fractal images are a mixture of extremely irregular curves which are identical in shape to their own larger or smaller parts when magnified or reduced to any size. Examples of this geometry can be observed in graphic visualizations of Windows Media Player. What Fractual does is apply a technique of minimizing distortion artifacts (called aliasing) when representing a high-resolution image at a lower resolution. This way, users add an image to the program and create a form of algorithmic art by using the program to calculate fractal objects and represent these results as still images.

Though these terms seem a little complex, the program isn’t complicated at all. It has a clean interface and is very intuitive. It includes Mandelbrot image sets and Julia images sets, from which users will be able to create and design fractal images easily.

By changing different colors and effects, users will be able to make 3D fractal images using real-time navigation, which means that everything can be revised before proceeding to render the images for export.
